This accredited First Aid Course provides ideal training for therapists, people involved in the health and leisure industry and everyone who seeks the knowledge to manage First-Aid situations confidently.

Legal requirements and Personal Protection Equipment
• What to do in an emergency
• Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) including Safe Use of an A.E.D.
• Recovery Position
• Breathing Issues including choking and Anaphylaxis (use of auto-injector pen)
• Heart conditions
• Hypovolaemic shock
• First Aid Kit
• Complementary Therapies and First Aid
• Management of simple injuries
This superb First Aid Course is fully accredited by the FHT (5 CPD points). First Aid certification is valid for 3 years.
Mark and Nina de Pina Perou
I.T.S. (Innaminicka Training Services) has been a registered First-Aid Training company for 35 years.
I.T.S. has two trainers; Nina and Mark de Pina Perou.
Nina, as well as being a qualified therapist, has been a member of the British Red Cross Commercial training team as a trainer and examiner. Nina is presently a nurse in a busy residential school where she constantly puts her nurse and first-aid training into practical use.
Mark has recently retired from the police service where amongst other roles he was a police medic. He has also, for many years, been a member of the British Red Cross as a volunteer and a member of their Commercial training team as a trainer and examiner.
Nina and Mark are Community First Responders with the Ambulance Service.
